Convictions:

  • 2019 – 12 months home detention for sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl in her home while her family sat in the same room, with their eyes closed in prayer. Two more charges relating to touching two other girls, aged 12 at the time. Convictions relate to the 1970’s

  • According to RNZ, when arrested he was found in position of a USB drive. The result was that “On top of the sexual assaults, he also admitted possessing fantasy literature that detailed sexual violence and beastiality against children.”

  • 1999 May – Found guilty of two charges of indecency with a young boy, the jury was unable to agree on a verdict for two further charges relating to the boy’s brother and another boy
  • 1999 October –  Sentenced to 2.5 years jail for sexually molesting all three boys in the period 1980 through to the 1990’s

  • 1976 to 1979 – St Pauls College, Richmond Rd, Ponsonby, Auckland New Zealand

Convictions:

  • 1994 – Found guilty of 16 counts against four boys. Charges included indecent assault, committing or inducing an indecent act and a count of anal intercourse and one of attempt. Sentenced to eight years and served five
  • 2003 – Stood trial on charges of Sodomy with another St Pauls boy. Sentenced to two years but given leave to apply for home detention.
